Get a wood plaque, and draw a hanger that is sized for your doll's clothes. Then hammer in a few nails at points in the hanger to serve as a guide for bending the wire.

Using electrical wire (cut to length from the hardware store)or wire from a package - gauge about "18", wrap the wire around your nail guides to form the hanger shape. Once it's shaped, gently lift off the guide.

Then wrap the end around the neck of the hanger and cut off excess. Here's your hanger!
